Lynn Alan Dellenbaugh

March 2, 1952 — November 22, 2022

A memorial service for Lynn Alan Dellenbaugh will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at the Hawley Baptist Church, Hawley, OK.  Lynn was born on March 2, 1952, in Enid, OK to William and Pauline Dellenbaugh and passed away peacefully on November 16, 2022.  His children and grandchildren were by his side.

Lynn was the owner of Two Brothers Construction in Enid, Oklahoma until he retired in 2018.

Lynn was a very easy-going, laid-back kind of guy.  He grew up on a farm east of Nash and had very little material things.  He had three brothers and with four boys at the dinner table, whoever got to the 2nd helping first, was the one to not go to bed hungry.  We feel certain that is why Lynn had such a caring heart for others.  He truly would help anyone in need if he could.  His two children appeared in his life when they were very young and from that point on, he guided them, supported them, and loved them so very much.  That bond only grew stronger the next 40 years.

When he was blessed with his grandson, he became the proudest Papa ever, and his two granddaughters only made the bond stronger.  At that point, he said that "he had been more blessed than he ever thought possible."

Lynn is survived by his son, Scott; and daughter Julie (Stephen); Susie Dellenbaugh; three grandchildren, Jake, Jenna and Jaylee.  Each of us have very special memories with Lynn.  He will be loved and missed by us forever.

Others that survived him are a sister-in-law, two nephews, and one niece.

Also surviving him are many friends who will miss his fun nature.

Memorials may be made to the Hawley Baptist Church or Hawley Volunteer Firemen.

Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home of Pond Creek, OK.
